JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM LEADER
Exterior painting team leader
Blanchette is currently looking for a Team Leader to join their residential exterior painting team as soon as possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 3 people to successfully complete exterior painting projects.
Responsibility :
- Supervision of your team
- Coordination of tasks
- Quality assurance
- Prepare, clean and protect surfaces of all types for paint application
- Painting all kinds of exterior surfaces
- Respect of deadlines
- All other job-related tasks
Required profile :
- Leadership skills

- Valid driver’s license

You will also have the opportunity to work additional hours in the evenings and weekends if you wish, as well as to exceed the 40 hours of work per week. These overtime hours will be paid at time and a half rate.
The working period is from mid-April to November.
The salary is $20.50 to $30 per hour with an annual team performance bonus system (efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction).
A staff retention plan is in place, offering you the equivalent of an additional $2/hour if you stay the entire season.
